Meridian Facility Services (“Meridian”, “we”) operates https://meridianfacility.com. We can be reached at hello@meridianfacility.com or (331) 214-3230.

When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect: name, role, company, email, phone (optional), ZIP code, source (optional), and anything you write in the free-text field. We also record the time the form was submitted, the IP address, and a session-level measure of how long the form was open before submission for anti-abuse purposes.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages help facility managers find us. We do not run third-party advertising tracking, and we do not engage in cross-site tracking.

We use the information you submit to respond to your request, to schedule a walkthrough, and to deliver service if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Form submissions are retained for 24 months unless you become an active client, in which case we keep records as long as required for service and tax purposes.

California residents have CCPA rights (access, deletion, correction, opt-out of sale or share). Meridian does not sell or share personal information. To exercise rights, email privacy@meridianfacility.com.

Illinois BIPA notice. The Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act applies to the collection of biometric identifiers (fingerprint, retina, face geometry, voiceprint). Meridian does not collect biometric information through this website. Standard contact forms are not within BIPA scope.

On first visit, you'll see a small consent prompt. If you accept, we load Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics. If you decline or your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we load neither. You can clear your choice by deleting the meridian-consent entry from your browser's local storage.
